Julian started his career as a disc jockey in 1980 in Cape Town, South Africa. After playing at various fraternity and house parties Julian became ever so popular with his boutique company called Beat-Street. A few years later in 1988, Julian and his family immigrated to Canada and continued his talent this time under a new name RJM Sounds Disc jockey Service.
Later that same year RJM Sounds was born; it began with four brothers who had a passion and love for music Raoul, Julian, Marcel and Maurice. All four brothers worked hard and satisfied thousands of party goers. In 1990 Julian decided to attend Humber College for Radio Broadcasting and after one year, made a bold decision to venture off on his own as an Entrepreneur. By the end of 1991 Julian found himself DJ-in at over 100 functions annually and coordinating over 200 events with his four brothers and his team of DJ's and professionals.
Julian has played for clients such as Audi of Mississauga, Home Depot Canada, Goway Travel, RV Anderson & Associates, Atto Insurance Brokers, Royal Lepage, Steam Whistle Breweries, Shoeless Joes, Drake & Firkin Pub and the list goes on...These many diversified events ranged from small private receptions and wedding receptions to corporate conventions and trade shows, staff holiday parties and industry galas soirees.
Today you can find Julian and his brother's mobile-ling at Weddings, Proms, Semi Formals, Corporate events and Social gatherings. Julian's favorite choice of music is Retro Dance, Alternative, Top 40, House, Cocktail Lounge and Smooth Jazz.
Julian's brothers and staff are well up to date on today's hits and guarantee a full dance floor.
Raoul who is the oldest brother, has great musical tastes, and can cater to young and old. He is very technical oriented, when it comes to setting up huge sound and lighting systems; and loves it when the dance floor is full and the crowd is grooving to his tunes.
Some of he's work includes: Bell Canada, 2001 Audio, Tweeds Restaurant, Dicks Grille & Vine, Fox and Fiddle, The Lowe Martin Group, Weddings, Proms, Corporate events and Fundraisers. He's favorite style of Music is Smooth Jazz, Top 40, Rock n Roll and Disco.
Maurice is the younger Brother of the two and has been a professional DJ, for almost eight years.
Starting he's career as an independent DJ, with the help of his brothers, Maurice has become an Icon in the DJ world, playing at various Local bars, School proms and Entertainment hot spots.
Maurice loves spinning House, R&B, Hip Hop, Top 40 and Latin.
Ben Melbye (DJ Dizzy) is one of Toronto's most sought after DJs, having over 20 years experience spinning both for clubs and privately for an extensive elite corporate clientele. A specialist with regards to the latest trends in music, Ben's unique abilities to integrate traditional turntables with digital technology set him apart from most "button pushing" DJs. This authenticity to the craft is what puts Ben in such high demand, pleasing any crowd with intricate mixes and high quality mash-ups.
In the early 80's, Ben got his start as a scratch DJ and B-Boy. Very involved in Toronto's hip hop scene, Ben became a favorite at many house parties and school dances, and then quickly progressed to spinning at clubs and for high profile corporate events. Ben's client list includes RBC, TD Bank, Scotia Capital, Kia, IKEA, Pepsi, Ford and Samsung. He is also the DJ at many of Toronto's premier venues such as Palais Royal and The Dynamic Group's Atlantis.
It is not only an incredible knowledge of music genres, but an innate ability to read a dance floor which comes from years of experience spinning for a wide variety of clientele. As everyone has their own specific vision as to how an evening is to run, Ben is able to create the atmosphere and vibe for the event, for every specification in great detail. He entertains all different tastes and styles of music, always keeping the dance floor moving.
Most recently, Ben worked along side Mike Bullard, and Canadian Idol's Farley Flex and Zack Werner for the Chocolate Fest Celebrity Fashion Show. His professionalism and authentic skill make him the first choice for such events. Ben has been interviewed for Toronto based online entertainment magazine "Sugarcain Entertainment".
His views on DJ-ing and music trends will be featured in an upcoming issue. Ben is also working with Toronto and New York based recording artists and producers, with plans to become more involved in commercial music production.
DJ Phoenix is Toronto's your Hottest DJ with pumping grooves; he is great for Patio Parties, Weddings, and Corporate or Special events. Phoenix has been a DJ since 1992, and specializes in Top 40, hip and fun party tunes. He has a diverse background in music and can accommodate various cultures including, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, and Arabic, phoenix's favorite saying is "Anything is possible so get on the dance floor and move".
Sam is a well rounded DJ and caters to any audience from Hip to Casual dance tunes that are sure to get your party moving and grooving, he specializes in Oldies, Top 40, Latin, Reggae, Hip Hop, Dance, and Commercial house. Sam's background is Arabic and speaks the language fluently, he's ability to interact with the audience while DJ-ing is amazing and he has a great enthusiasm when it comes to his profession as a DJ. He is a great Mc and can accommodate any English or Traditional event.

Johnny has been a professional DJ for over six years; he specializes in "Greek Weddings" and can accommodate Weddings, Corporate and Special events. He has great background in English music and will keep the dance floor packed from beginning to end. Johnny also has a great voice for MC ing and loves playing various genres including Rock n Roll, Retro Eighties, Disco, Funk, Top 40, House and Dance...

Professional DJ with 15 years experience, his music specialty is, Asian, East Indian, West Indian, Punjabi, he can also play a variety of formats to suit all genres and tastes.
