A: Prices and packages are discussed on an appointment basis; viewing of our packages can be seen on our "Packages" page.
Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIAL DISCOUNTS?
A: Saving money is always a great thing, so to stand apart from our competitors we're offering 10% savings on any FRIDAY or SUNDAY functions.
Q: HOW SOON DO WE HAVE TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES AND DO YOU OFFER ANY CONSULTATIONS?
A: At least 12 Months in advance and yes we encourage consultations before signing and booking our services.
Q: WHAT TIME DOES YOUR SERVICES START?
A: Our services start from 5:00pm till 1:00am, with a 40-60 minutes prior setup.
Q: DO YOU PLAY OVER AND ABOVE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME?
A: Yes we do, if you require the DJ to play longer a $75 /Hour will be incurred.
Q: WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Q: WHAT KIND OF DEPOSIT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We require 25% down payment with a signed guaranteed Agreement.
Q: WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
A: For the best possible sound we use only professional equipment such as ELECTRO VOICE, MEYER, MARTIN, CREST, QSE, SHURE, RANE, PIONEER, YORKDALE and NUMARK.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR MAIN SOURCE AND MUSIC COLLECTION?
A: MULTI MUSIC, ERG, NU MUSIC TRACKS, KNOCK OUT HITS CD & PROMO ONLY CANADA DVD Library.
Q: DO YOU TAKE REQUESTS AND CAN YOU PLAY OUR FAVORITE CD'S?
A: NO WORRIES! We will try and accommodate as many songs as possible; our DJ’s love to take requests and our online music program will help you plan all your favorite songs prior to the event.
Q: CAN YOU PROVIDE MUSIC FOR DIFFERENT MULTICULTURAL BACKGROUNDS?
A: Most certainly we can customize and play a variety of different ethnic and multicultural backgrounds. "You say it and we'll play it".
Q: DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE GREATER TORONTO AREA?
A: Yes! We love road trips however for any event more than one hour outside of GTA we require one night's accommodation at a nearby hotel. Driving home after hours is always a major concern and it is unsafe for our DJ's. Travel and accommodation charges will be incurred depending on the destination and the location of choice; this will need to be discussed.
Q: WHAT OTHER FUNCTIONS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
A: RJM Sounds is great for Private & Corporate Functions, Christmas and Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Fundraisers, Proms, Galas, Bar Mitzvahs and any other event where you would need a professional DJ.
Q: DO WE HAVE TO FEED THE DJ?
A: Mmmm food…It is etiquette to feed us! A DJ with an empty stomach is also a DJ that is going to be DJ ING for eight hours or more at your Event. If you are on a tight budget speak to your banquette hall coordinator about a scaled-down service meal that can be provided for the DJ.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: If you provide us with a 6 Months notice, we will gladly refund your deposit no questions asked. If you cancel less than 6 Months we will refund half your deposit and transfer the entire deposit to a friend or company referred by you.
Q: WHAT GUARANTEES DO YOU HAVE?
A: We will not make any false promises and know your guests are going to have a great time. You will know in advance of your preferred DJ, and if you not 100% satisfied we will work with until you are happy. We are always available via phone and email should you need to contact us. Our company is fully insured and licensed, and all our equipment is well maintained.
