Marketing strategy will include the following:
Promotional mail out kit of 5000 postcards and 1000 posters will be
distributed to high schools Square One Shopping Mall and residents within Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown, Guelph and Toronto
* All promotional material including Posters, Flyers marketed inside the Playdium, estimated marketing campaign $15,000. 4x8 Banner and Mobile Sign located outside for maximum exposure across from Square One Shopping Mall Event featured on six websites including community event sites... RJMSounds, The Playdium, Wedsmart.ca, White Weddings, Future Occasions, Facebook. Twitter, You Tube, My Space, Breakfast Television, Mississauga News, Square One Shopping Mall, Snap Magazine. Participating vendors and sponsors may opt to have a reciprocal link to there website generating more traffic.
*Email blast to approximately 2000 potential vendors, and located on the Community Events Listings and Media coverage
*"Discount Event Card" offered to Prom and Student Committees offering 10-20% off vendors.
* "Student Program Fundraiser Ticket" offering $5 towards their high school prom or event
* Fashion Show, Gown Trunk Sale, Live DJ, Artist Performance and Battle of the Bands contest
*5x7 magazine and program digest will be handed out to each guest upon entry, extras will be given to each vendor to position in their booth, we will be handing out approximately 2000 copies
*Corporate bag inserts to be handed out at the show from preferred vendors and sponsors
